I’d pick:
General Patton – if anyone can go up against the undead without a doubt in their mind and probably send the rest of what’s left running away like mad, it’s him.
Either Noah or Tsutomo Yamaguchi – if Noah existed at all and built the boat (not saying he put every animal in the world in it) during a major flood, then he can probably think up a plan for any other natural disasters. Or Tsutomo’s already survived two nuclear blasts, so he’d be good luck to have on our team.
And Simon Pegg – not just to keep me laughing and stable, but most of his films have been about taking on crazy people and supernatural creatures, so he’s got to have picked up a thing or two by now, right? Here’s hoping, because I’m not giving him up once I’ve got him. Image may be NSFW.

Oh, and a extinct animal, right. A pterodactyl or a dragon – traveling for safety reasons wouldn’t be a problem, and breathing fire on zombie enemies would be a plus.
